Mr. Hastings was raised in Ridgefield and attended the University of Connecticut for Business Administration followed by Fordham University School of Law. He received special training in mediation and negotiation from Harvard Law School as well as the Center for Mediation in Law.
Mr. Hastings dedicates time to the Connecticut Bar Association’s Pro Bono School Expulsion Project and serves on various boards for charitable organizations. He is also an active member of Toastmasters International, having received the highest designation of Distinguished Toastmaster. He is currently a member of the American Association for Justice and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Associations.
